All I can say is WOW! We purchased a pellet stove from here about 15 years ago (2010). It has been quite reliable over the years, only needing occasional replacement parts. EVERY time I’ve called, they have been very helpful. Ed even remembers the install, Christmas Eve. The other day, the distribution fan quit working on the stove. I called and figured I wanted to order a new fan. Ed said he didn’t think it was the fan and took time out his day to help me diagnose and correct the issue. On a SATURDAY, 15 years after purchasing. His responsibility to provide any kind of free service is well past. A HUGE thank you to Ed and his wife for all your help over the years. One day , it will be time to replace this unit. When that time comes, we will be purchasing from them.
